There was an issue where Shop accidentally defaulted to the wrong delivery address as I ordered. I reached out immediately and August was extremely responsive and helpful in getting the issue resolved. I’m still waiting for the delivery and will update on the final outcome once all is done but I just wanted to mention August by name as they have been really great. In this day and age of dropshipping it’s so refreshing to get hold of a good human to talk to, I wish more stores would follow this example.

Just a note to let you know how great I think your product is. I have been using it for a while now and I am having a great time with it. My ancestry is from England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales...etc...basically all the places that don't get tan...and I have the best freaking tan I've had in my life! I am also not getting sunburned outside this year. I live in New Jersey but I have also tested this stuff out in South Carolina with amazing results! Thank you!

I started out taking 1 pill a day and then switched to 2 pills a day. I am a very fair skinned redhead. I would say I’ve noticed a slight difference, nothing crazy yet, but we’re also going into summer now where I get a smidgen of color. I’m very hopeful that with consistent use I’ll have a nice tan going into this winter when I go to Mexico!

Took a few weeks to get going, but in the past ten days I can definitely see a tanned complexion. Natural color like a day at the beach without the redness or sensitivity. Looks to me like there's greater darkness ahead, which is fine, but I'm totally happy with the tan I'm displaying right now.

I am so excited to get my delivery for my Caribbean vacation in mid November! August in customer service answered all my questions quickly and openly :) I am excited for this small company to do well in the US, assuming the product works for me given I am allergic to self tanners and don't tan given my fair skin.

I have to say was kinda sceptical at first, but after just 2 weeks I started to notice a richer golden tone on my skin. Now im 3 months on zypherian and get compliments on my healthy golden glow. No more solarium for me just zypherian. Love it

So far, so good. All I wanted was to take the whiteness out of my Celtic skin and put in some warmth. I’ve kept it muted, just one capsule a day, and I’m happy. Now it’s summer, so I might go up to two capsules a day to match the season.

As a very pale guy with lots of freckles I have a much nicer en deeper tan when exposed to the sun. I also started noticing that my less exposed pale body parts start to look more tanned. Even without sun exposure!

This actually works. I am neither a bot nor hired — just a very satisfied customer. Your skin will get a better "tanned" (olive) kind of tone. I personally thought it was worth it. Their customer service is also excellent; they respond personally within approximately half a day.

I recently ordered Zephyrian's skin toning supplement. I haven't received the product yet but the customer service provided by Zephyrian rep August has been excellent, He's answered my questions thoroughly and patiently which is appreciated.

I am quite pleased with the results but I wouldn't say I'm beautifully tanned yet. I am hopeful that another month or so will make the difference as I've only been taking them for four weeks. I have given 4 stars as I'm not the white colour that I was before. If it improves over the next few weeks, I will definitely give 5 stars!

Great product for everyone who feels white as a wall and wants a little support. Don’t expect 10 shades darker, but taken regularly, you’ll see a noticeable, healthy looking difference in your skin undertone. Clear recommendation.

The product works gradually, I kept to a low dose initially as I didn’t want to go too “tanned”, but it works!

I do not have great skin for tanning but Zephyrian worked a miracle for me. Unbelievable product!! I absolutely loved it.

I start with 2 capsules before eating, 2 months not see nothing different but now something changed and skin is darker.

The results are visible from just a couple weeks after taking it.

I was sceptical, but really surprised how natural and how intense the colouring got. It takes one month to see the result. I had the feeling, that after two months it was even better....

Seems to be working as people start to wonder why am I so brown in the middle of the winter.

In het begin zag ik niet veel verbetering in mijn huidskleur. Maar nu gaat het geweldig goed. Je moet dus vooral geduld hebben en iets langer dan enkele maanden willen wachten. Maar daarna is het resultaat zeer bevredigend. Ik zie er nu niet meer zo melkbleek uit.

I started to take Zephyrian half a year ago. It is other people who are complimenting me with my nice skincolor. I myself don’t see that much difference. But apparently it is good visible. You only have to have some patience.

When I sit in the sun my skin stays much longer brown now wit Zephirian then before I took it. I like it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After receiving my order—but before opening it—I learned I have a medical contraindication and cannot use the product, something that was not reasonably knowable at the time of purchase. Despite explaining this and kindly requesting an exception, they refused to accommodate any exception to their policy. I understand that companies need to have policies in place, but choosing to uphold them without consideration for uncommon or human circumstances reflects poorly on the company as a whole. More concerning than the outcome, though, was the tone of their customer service, which came across as condescending and dismissive throughout our interactions.

Honestly, the shipping process is absolutely atrocious. I have no clue why anything takes as long as it does. My first order was lost somewhere, and now the replacement order is taking just as long to arrive. I first sent in my order over a month ago, and I’m still waiting.

Ordered this in February. It still is “in transit” magically all around my house and has yet to be delivered. Based on its overall trustpilot score I should have never ordered this product.

I have not received the product.
